Happy Monday! Just wanted to confirm, I have looked on the documentation regarding merge API. But wanted to confirm - this merge Support Case tool is not reproducible via scripting, correct? Thanks in advance!

it’s correct; i confirmed this by NetSuite support recently too. for the mean time we made a client script that will accelerate the merge process. (basically automates the clicking merge and filling the form). we show the user a list of possible duplicates and they click ones they want to merge and the client script deals with them.

given a little more time, i think we’d use our own email handler for inbound cases in order to have better control over duplicates. i think this is a major issue for anyone dealing with cases via email in NetSuite
