Anyone know how I can select an Expense Account type as for the Income Account on an Other Charge for Sale item?

I found SA 23803 that says I should be able to do it but I can't.  Only Income Accounts show up in the list

you should be able to select any account in that field.  you may have other restrictions i.e. in this sub that account is not available or similar.  there is nothing to enable

Figured it out.  There is a preference in Accounting preferences called "Expand Accounting Lists".  now I can see all accounts
