Anyone in US seeing RESTlet performance issues this morning?

SOAP update requests are verrrrry slow. I had to hot fix one background job that updated tokens on sales orders by disabling workflow and script triggers because simple Suitetalk sales order updates were taking 30+ seconds per document. Once that fix was applied, document updates improved to 2-4 seconds, which, hey, is almost bearable lol.
