Hi, Question. Set up a Inventory Item in Netsuite but not serialized in error. Please tell me there is a way to switch this to a Serialized Inventory Item and I don't have to start the creation process all over again. fingers crossed

Hey Chris, new records need to be created. Create a saved search for the items in question with all the desired fields you need > export. Use a CSV import to recreate them as serialized inventory with minimal effort.
