The users at my company are having issues when tabbing through sales orders. The focus is going straight from customer to item instead of going through the header fields. Is anyone else having this issue?

I’ve seen something similar recently with work orders. Haven’t found a fix yet.
Is it happening on standard forms as well as custom forms?

There is backend sourcing where the customer record defines the subsidiary and sometimes an item. I’ve always experienced that setting the customer leads you right to the items Sublist. This is native functionality At least from what I’ve seen
