the client has two locations. one item has 50 in "quantity in transit" on location 1, and 50 in "on order" on location 2. quantity in transit shall be counted when a transfer order is fulfilled but not received. an item fulfillment from a transfer order can not be deleted if there is an item receipt.. all transfer orders add up, meaning quantity shipped = quantity recevied for everyone. but there is no open transfer order.. what can cause this?
