Hello Everyone, happy Friday: MATCH BANK DATA CHANGE? Something changed weekend of 11.16.24...did NS push a fix last Friday night? Our Financial Institutions have been operating since 2020 seamlessly. Tracing from Bank to NS Bank History Import, yesterdays activity is scheduled and is delivered to NS today, one day delay known behavior. Where the behavior deviated was on Monday morning 11.18.24 we noticed that our bank file was sent from Bank to NS containing data of 11.16.24, was received, but did not form in Match Bank Data page to be matched on 11.18.24 was delayed 1 more date and then appeared in Match Bank Data To Be Matched on 11.19.24. Changed behavior form 1 day delay to 2 days delay. Today, 11.22.24 met with accounting/treasury teams and reviewed the situation and week long noted behavior. Files are sent and received, yesterdays activity sent today. Checking with Bank, file with all list of payment activity of 11.21.24 is confirmed in file, and received in the Banking Import History today on 11.22.24, but nothing to process in Match Bank Data. We suspect we we will see this activity tomorrow 11.23.24. Manually, we did our testing and manually imported the file, the payments are appeared and formed in the window To Be Matched. Question: Why is there a delay in the automated process Match Bank Data - To Be Matched seems to be taking an extra day? Has anyone else noticed this changed behavior? Thanks and Happy Friday.
