This bug in WebStorm SDF is a pain. A diff against production shows Local Copy and Account copy as identical but a sneaky little dialog box in the bottom right corner of the IDE says that the script is not actually present in production at all. It's easy to overlook the dialog box, especially on a larger screen. The account copy side of the diff should probably show blank/the file is not present.
