A custom item field, a list field. I want to limit the available values from the list. Is it possible? I don't want to create a new list etc, makes it a nightmare to do joins in our date warehouse later.

min/max value maybe?

I did this with the Employee list, first I had to create a check box on the Employee record, then check the box for the employee's that I wanted in the list. Then on the Customer field, select the Employee Record to populate the List then on the Sourcing/Filtering Subtab I added a filter to look at if the box was checked or not, and only include employee's that the box is checked on.

Can't you convert your custom list to a custom record so you can add a checkbox as per above?

@Luis yes! was a bit unfocused in my last reply. this is not a custom list. it is the native country list
