show file cabinet without expanding all folders

AI generated answer (using internal Slack threads):
To view the file cabinet without expanding all folders, you can use the 'File Cabinet' option in the NetSuite interface. Here are the steps: 1. Navigate to the 'Documents' tab in the NetSuite interface. 2. Click on 'Files'. 3. Click on 'File Cabinet'. This will show you the file cabinet with all the folders collapsed. You can then choose to expand only the folders you are interested in. However, if you want to download all files from the file cabinet, there isn't a 1-click "Download All" button. You would have to manually click the Download link on all the top-level File Cabinet folders. Please note that making all files "Available Without Login" is not recommended due to security reasons. It's also important to note that mass-creating file cabinet folders or making bulk changes would likely require a script or a tool. ****** Disclaimer: This response was generated by an artificial intelligence assistant based on previous conversations from multiple Slack channels, and may contain inaccuracies or mistakes. ******

into the search field in the File Cabinet UI seems to pull up all the files. I can't confirm it got them all, but there were 600,000+ in list when it had finished searching. This shows them all at the same level without having to drill down into folders/directories.
Another thing to try, not sure if it works: Document saved search.

im speaking of specifically this window when you browse the file cabinet to add a file. It expands every single "Attachment to Receive" and "Attachments to Send" folder

Ah sorry I misunderstood. You want to see LESS files, preferably NO files except the ones you're looking for. Sorry I don't know how to change that behavior 😕

No problem. Thanks anyways!
