Hello all, an employee is trying to view a payment file .txt and when they try to view they receive this error. But the issue is, they have this permission. Have you seen something like this?

they might not have permission to the file location in file cabinet

Yes this was exactly what it was, it was a group that had access to the file cabinet. We just figured that out this morning. Thank you!
