Just paid for a POTS line to be installed in this building for faxes. Turns out our payroll company doesn’t have secure email so they require confidential info to be faxed.

Duh !!!!! Fax is secure. It is more un secure than Email, they could have use things like box, dropbox, onedrive or even gdrive to securely share files.
