Hi experts, have anyone ever try to reverse partial component issue back to stock? for example, all components are issued at beginning of the work order, but after some of them have already been consumed, the work order is longer needed, then the rest of unused components need to be put back to stock, any advices on how to process this?

I believe the work order close transaction will do this

WO Issue means material CONSUMPTION in reality if I am not mistaken. Not sure if the WO Close will fix that because NS doesn't know the issued vs. consumed? Probably either edit the WO Issue or IA if WO Close won't fix it
