Hi everyone, I am having an issue on my SCA webstore where my commerce category is not showing up on the website after I created an item collection and mapped it to the customer segment for PCV. If anyone can tell what could be the issue. Thanks!

I don't know SCA, just SC Standard, but I wonder if the field needs to be in the Website Setup > Field Sets. Is Commerce Category an Item field?
