lol my last job I didn't even 3 weeks of PTO. My only problem was, I wouldn't want to spend vacation days at jury duty, I'd rather use my paid time off doing something I want to do. They would count that 3 weeks off as time away from work, and then when I would go to take vacation they would have said I've missed more than my allotted time off allowance, and I couldn't miss more, or I could get terminated for missing 'so much' work.
