Does anyone have reccomendations for payment processors that support ACH and credit card? We've been using Paystand, but they just randomly announced they are changing their fee structure, so the processing fees for ACH are over 50x what we initially contracted for

None I’ve heard of so far

@Isaac M They mentioned it in an email they sent to us. I'm not aware of any mass notification that has gone out. Really crappy practice to force this on us with such short notice.

"Starting January 1, 2025, Paystand will transition all merchants to our Accelerate ACH program. This change will enable faster ACH clearing times, reducing them to just two business days. Along with this enhancement, ACH transaction costs will be standardized at 0.35% per transaction."

pay very close attention to versapay, i think they do a very good job of hiding the true costs of their platform

We've struggled with VersaPay ALOT...both with responsiveness, service and also pricing. Very difficult to work with
