my macbook has the butterfly keys issue and i took it to the apple store yesterday.. they said they'd replace it but they have to replace basically the battery and the keyboard and everythign on the top case since its all 1 unit and they try to tell me it'll take 3-7 days.. Im like this is literally a plug and play piece there's no reason why this should even take an hour can we just order the part and I bring the laptop back in and fix it? They were like even if we did that it would take 3-7 days because they have to take the laptop apart..I"m just face palming at this point.. like 8 screws, unplug whats there, plug it back in hand it back to me.
