Hello SuiteFlow experts, So we created a workflow to approve purchase order outside NetSuite Environment as per client's request. Unfortunately, the client is unable to receive some of the emails sent to them but not all. In the Sent Email list, the status is coming up as not sent but there is no failure reason provided on it for the same. We also checked Undelivered list and bounced email list and the lists were empty. Please find attached the snip of the Sent Email List.

Actually we have a use case where we are sending email through standard email functionality and through WFA script as well.

do all these emails have the same subject? NS does some native "spam" throttling if you send emails with the same subject within the same timeframe it will only send some of them

Is the author an actual employee record? I believe the email has to come from an employee record, not just define the email address itself

@MGBC Yes Author have employee record.
