Hey guys, quick question: If I created a quote from the ERP, can I see it on the SCA web store and convert it on a sales order even if the items are not displayed on website? If that a possible scenario?

I don't think that will work, since items are loaded using store item and need to have display in website, you need to customize it, create a suitlet or similar

Gonna disagree, Martin 🙂 You can include items that aren't available on the web store – they just won't show as available.

Thanks so much for this! guys. @Steve Goldberg I saw you paid with invoice, I'm troubleshooting an issue in which the payment with credit card is not reflected, so I was wondering if the items not being displayed on the website was the issue but probably it is not. Could you please try paying with a fake invoice and check on the backend if you see the credit card details there? I was able to create a sales order from a quote but the credit card details were empty (it was a fake credit card)
