Is anyone experiencing server time out sessions with SuiteCommerce? We are experiencing very long load times, no responses, and customers not able to checkout. When we run dev tools it is pointing to a gateway timeout on the NS side and wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing this.

I had this issue between 8:50am and 10:50am Eastern. I reported it to NetSuite and they are still asking me questions like "what is your domain name" 🙄 It did seem to resolve itself for me around 10:50am, though. It may be related to today being the deadline on the new Scriptlet URL parameter requirements. If you received an email about that, make sure your Scriptlets have been updated with the new &ns-at=XXXXXXXXXXX parameter when they are called.

We just finished out 2024.2 update. We delayed it so we could finish the Suitelet update. When we reported to NS they told us there is currently a defect they are working on. We are still waiting for the confirmation that the issue is resolved but around 11 am EST we were able to receive orders.

We monitor our site with Grafana Cloud. We started to experience response issues starting on Oct 24th. This morning was particularly noisy for our performance alarms.
