Has anyone encountered an issue with updating workflows using SDF where states are not removed? If so, any workarounds?

I don't think it has ever deleted stuff from a workflow when updating. It's always just adding/updating every single state/transition/action. We usually delete them manually.

Yeah, I forgot that account customization doesn't delete. I thought WF's would be the exception but I was proven wrong
