Hi team, I'm a super rookie to NetSuite and I would greatly appreciate any help RE my saved search reports query. I'm trying to get a report that shows the Applied and Unapplied values in the Payments and Customer Refunds record types. In the Results subtab, I've tried multiple things such as the 'applied to transaction' field and even a formula(currency) to pull these values. But they all return a value of 0 which is incorrect. Can someone please help?

On payments make sure your selection is mainline is False. This will then include all the AR lines. Then you will have a 1 to many where you should be able to use the Applied To fields.

Hey Ricardo, thanks for the assist here! I did try using the applied to transaction and applied to link fields. But neither worked as they brought null values

Got a screenshot of your criteria? Also the columns shown? I have this in our reports working and can cross check. The 2 key points are in criteria Main Line should be false and on the columns use the applied to fields, don’t use the sublist ones with the … as this doesn’t work and will display blank from memory.
