Hi team quick question if i have an order with backorderd qty i want to prevent the fulfillment what will be the setting in NS

Are you asking if there are multiple items on an order but some of those items are backordered you want the hole order to be prevented from fulfillment? OR If a line is backordered that specific line cannot be fulfilled?

@MGBC like whole order should not be fulfilled if one line is backorderd

The setting is called Ship Complete. It is usually on the shipping tab of an order

We have found that the Ship Complete does not always work as expected, NS is aware of that and is supposedly working on the fix, we came up with our own solution using saved searches, workflows and a custom check box that is called Do Not Pick, our warehouse then has the waves set to only pull orders that have the Do Not Pick box unchecked.

Yeah is there something on enable feature ? or accounting preferences?
