We have signed up for WIP and routing module with Sandbox. We were pressed hard to sign the agreement the last day of the month 10/31 and we are now on 11/5 with the module not put into place yet or the sandbox. I would like to hear anyone else's experience with this matter? Am I not to expect a quick turn around on turning on the module so we can get to work in our sandbox? Is creating the sandbox a very involved task ?

I think you're invoiced from the date that your account has been provisioned. If not, reach out to the sales people. The routing is not that complicated. There're resources in SuiteAnswers and YouTube. WIP - it depends what you would like to do with that. But it's not super complicated.

They will be setting up our WIP and Routing they are going to send over templates to fill in I believe. I'm just kind of sore we got pushed to sign the last day of the month and we are not getting the same push for our modules and such to get put in place.
