So I got the "We have identified your account as currently using one of the unsupported SOAP web services endpoint versions (versions 2017_2 to 2021_1)" message. I go into APM>SOAP Web Services API Version Usage and I'm seeing all but a couple dozen requests slotting to 2024.1. That said, when I run a SOAP Web Services Record Processing search, I have a bunch of requests using the 2022.2 API, so I'm a little confused on what's going on there. That portlet in APM doesn't really work right?

Same thing happening here. I don't know how to check the Integrations' Execution Logs for which API is used in each request except page by page (takes too long), but spot checking, I didn't see anything older than 2019. I'll try that search you mentioned and see if I am lucky enough to get more info than you did. Nope, nothing earlier than API 2018 in the search results.

The APM doesn't seem to show me anything more than the SOAP Web Services record processing search does, as far as when the last usage of the old API was, and what integration requested it.
