A client of mine needs a VMi Solution, to create a subsidiary so that they can warehouse their customer's inventory. What are the logistics behind this. Pros, Cons, and if anyone has experience doing this let me know.

RF-SMART has done this with some customers if the needs are pretty straightforward from a warehousing perspective. It's not a true VMI solution but can do the inventory tracking and depending on backend needs handle some other items via customization

I think they are looking for an individual to do it.

Right - folks will use RFS to do it at an individual level, if that was a consideration
