We are going to switch to WIP and routing soon but all my BOM have labor and overhead items in them. Any suggestions on mass removing the labor and overhead charges out of all my BOMs? I imagine a script would be the most efficient but that isn't in my wheelhouse just yet. Does someone have something made up already I can use at a jump off point for this issue? TIA!

I would (have in the past) export the BOM revision records... remove the unwanted lines and reimport them as new revisions. It wilk take multiple imports as you will need to add end dates to the existing revisions and new revisions names and start dates (day after) to the new revisions. Remove the internalids as well as you want new revisions not to modify the existing. The last import will have to be done as add only.

It's the revisions you need to export. Not the assemblies. It's a different record type.

That is correct... I can't recall at the moment how to get that list. I think you have to build a saved search for member items
