The error is " {"customerFacingMessage":"Unexpected Error","executionReference":"USR REST API CALL","message":"Unexpected Error"} ".
How do you think I could solve this error? Which function should I set up permission?

10/22/2024, 2:43 PMIn my case, it was because we were trying to pull too much data in from various record joins. Defect is U5 and still outstanding BTW, resolution date moved twice, currently at 8/15/2025 (meaning that I wouldn't hold your breath on this getting fixed, even by that date). I ultimately just created a workaround using multiple saved searches and the powerquery tool in Excel.

10/23/2024, 7:10 AM@James Morris Thank you for your suggestion. In this case I try to use admin role but I can export excel file. For another role, they can export data to csv file only that why I think I don't setup something in the permission or not.
For workaround, our client use "Export data to a csv file" and open with Excel pivot.
