I have an invoice in a closed period where we want to change the bill to address. No sales tax. However when we edit, change the address ,and save, the invoice changes right back. 
Allow non-gl changes is checked for the period
I disabled all scripts and workflows and it still happens 

Anyone know what would drive this?

You should confirm with support to be precise but changing an address normally means a change to tax even if its not supposed to. You have SuiteTax environment or Legacy tax?

Everything is non-taxable. This offering has no concept of sales tax.

So you are thinking that even though there is no technical tax change, NS is seeing it as a tax change and therefore a GL change and therefore disallowing it?

<@U7H0WNWAE> do you JUST need to change the address for the PDF print of the invoice? If no tax implication you could create an additional body field called alt address and source that to the advance PDF.
