Is there a quicker way to debug a servicecontroller besides deploying and reactivating?

Manually editing the ssp_libraries.js in the file cabinet (ssp_libraries_ext.js if it's from an extension).

Nice! That's a lot quicker than waiting minutes every single change. Is it normal that I see every controller 4 times in our ssp_libraries_ext?
