Hi everyone! I have a saved search that needs be to emailed to certain employees daily. No problem. The issue is they want the saved search result to "look" better and that can be done when I convert it to an Advanced PDF/HTML Template, but how do I schedule this template to be sent out by email? It's not an email template so I can't use a workflow. We don't have an in house dev team so a Script would be difficult. Is there no other native way?

Although saved search has a native email functionality, it uses the standard pdf template and not the custom or preferred advanced pdf template last time I checked and spoke to NS. They said there's no other native way. But I'm happy to be proven wrong 'cause I'm looking for an OOO solution as well.

So far I had to do the long way: I created a new record, added new fields that were from my saved search, had to create a workflow to have them “store their values “ and then created an email template that grabbed those fields I made, and then made a workflow to send emails from that template. Very long way I know

What you want to achieve exceeds the limitation of worklfow/saved search. A simple script would achieve this.
