I have noticed that at runtime when the PDF hits an error it dumps "`An unexpected error has occurred`." Anyone know how to get the error message. Troubleshooting is becoming very time consuming.

Not that I'm aware, but you are right that it's time consuming, in general, troubleshooting PDF issues.
