Hi All, do marketing campaign and mail merge functions only work for email addresses that are in NetSuite already? I am looking into sending an email to a convention attendee list. The list did not come from NetSuite, so we can't really make a group based on a saved search. Would we need lead/contact records created in NetSuite for everyone on this list first?

Could do you not do a CSV import to bring them in as Contacts, then create a saved search of those Contacts?
