We have started publishing patches for SCA instances who are still experiencing problems with CMS pages not showing on web stores: https://system.netsuite.com/app/help/helpcenter.nl?fid=article_3130338047.html. These patches are for 2023.2-2022.1 and 2021.2-2019.1. We will be publishing patches for older versions soon.

Steve - we've seen these emails go out to a few customers who are not having issues after permissions have been updated. Is it still necessary to do the patch? If so, sInce the patch is on the core, wondering if it would just make send to update the core - there are no customizations directly on the core, all done with extension

It's an advisory. If you and your customer don't think you would benefit it, then it is up to you whether to apply it or not.

OK - thanks for your input. I'm not currently seeing any issues.

I would add that in many cases it can improve performance as it removes the front-loading of CMS content, that we made optional a few releases ago. The default behaviour in very old versions of SCA is to pre-load all CMS content on first-load. So, this can be looked through that lens.
