Hello everyone. Today we've started to see the following error on some customer instances when running a SuiteQL query that gets the
transactionLine.expenseaccount
field:
Invalid search query. Detailed unprocessed description follows. Search error occurred: Field \'expenseaccount\' for record \'transactionLine\' was not found. Reason: REMOVED - Field is removed\\n.
I tried the AI and looking for any references on the NetSuite help page about any changes regarding to this, and no luck. Is someone aware of these breaking changes and if yes, where did you find the release notes about it?
t
Hi @Isaac We're also seeing a very similar issue in the last couple of days, see my thread here: https://netsuiteprofessionals.slack.com/archives/C298P0BCK/p1728652922216019
Agreed I can't find anything in NS release notes about this.
i
thanks Tom! I'll follow your thread as well. It does look similar although the stated reasons are different. Maybe a broken canary release? We're not seeing this error for all customers, but only on a subset of them
t
Yes same here, only applies to some of our customers. And sometimes applies on the Sandbox, but not the Production instance.
s
I'm unclear if it's the same/related. In my test environment where
transaction.subsidiary
is not available, I can still query
transactionline.expenseaccount
i
Same on our test environment, the field is still there and I can see it on the Records Catalog. However the field has disappeared from some customer instances
It's just not there if I query with a
SELECT * FROM TransactionLine
s
That's a pain... no idea what's going on 😕
i
Yeah we're at a loss too 😔
s
It might be worth opening a support case with NS?
