I am running into an issue with dates getting rolled back by a day on orders imported through a SOAP web services integration. The import has time set as 000000UTC which is getting interpreted as the prior day in Easter Time Zone. Is the fix as simple as signing into the integration employee role and setting a time zone?

That might work. When we ran into this issue though, we just converted the time away from UTC in our integration platform before submitting to NS. Your way is probably easier, assuming it works.
