Hi everyone! I have a workflow created to send out Dunning Letters to customers. However, after checking the Undelivered Emails, I see quite a few customers have not received the letters and the reason was "Note: Blocked by Mail Filter". Did my research and found out that it indicates that the sending rate is too high, often caused by similar email messages being sent too rapidly. Is there a workaround around this? The only thing I can think of is send the letters out and any customers I find on the Undelivered Emails page to send it to those customers again.
