Has anyone had an issue were the SSO sign was redirecting from the Production Account to Sandbox and erroring out on users?

We just had a similar issue this morning. We had to delete the existing SSO configuration in both prod and sandbox and set them up again. Kind of annoying since it had been working fine for around a month prior.

We have been on SSO for over 2 years and we just had this issue. We had to remove the SSO Configuration and re-set it up.
