I cannot get my changes to render when modifying a form. I've gone as far as removing all content inside the body tag except one div tag, and just displaying one field inside the div. I save changes, log out of NetSuite, flush my browser cache, close the browser and finally log back into NetSuite to print the form. Nothing changes. Any ideas?

Did you make the form you are revising the preferred form?

Yes and no. I just found out that for checks, you have to edit the preferred transaction form, make sure Advanced is the chosen printing type, and choose the pdf/html template on this screen. I was just checking the preferred box on the pdf/html form, which did nothing.

I just now made the change, I'll report back after running a test.
