Netsuite has a default report called "Sales Reps By Activity" which includes standard activities such as Phone Call, Event, Task but also has Email & Notes included in it. Is there anyway to replicate this report to have it display all in one or have it as a saved search? • Currently management uses this above report for tracking sales rep activity metrics but wants better reporting so they can easily see a summary of activities by type completed on their dashboard and filter by rep if they need. • I run into the issue because emails & notes are not standard activities within NetSuite activity reports

It may work to create a saved search on the Customer record and then join to Activities, Messages and User Notes from the Customer record

Then I believe we would have to assume all Activities, Messages and User Notes were created by the customer's sales rep?

There are fields like Owner and Author on these records that you may be able to use to know who created them

I think the last option is the most full proof, I may just do 2-3 separate reports for now and push for KPI's that better reflect how Netsuite functions
