hi, a user has a role that has the accounting center, but he sees the standard center. his colleagues sees the accounting center. they all have only one role.. I can't understand. anyone?

Do they have the “use classic interface” checkbox checked in Home &gt; Set Preferences?

If you have an admin role, you won't have it. Only those with a center type different than classic center will see it.

I believe it's in the appearance tab in the centers and dashboards area

mmm...unclear. you might be able to override that preference or lock them to the dashboard when publishing the dashboard to the role. I'm not that deep into it, TBH, so you'd have to explore that yourself or get someone else who's played around with this more recently to assist.
