We are contemplating reimplementing/reconfiguring our NetSuite environment and are currently looking at Infosys. In the past, I've used Saberpoint and Ncompass. Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

If you're experienced enough to have found your way here and worked with three different consulting companies, I'd hazard a guess that you might be as good or better than many consultants you could hire, especially when you factor in that you already know the company/business that you're at. If you can find the bandwidth, I'm a big proponent of just getting yourself a sandbox and diving in yourself. It'll be hard, but you'll learn a lot, and then all that knowledge stays with you (when selling the idea to your boss(es) say that the knowledge "stays with the company" 😉) versus it walking out the door when the project is done. But go ahead and get a few quotes from consulting companies anyway, just so use can use that to angle for a big raise based on how much money you saved the company. 😆

I agree 100% with @James Morris that's how I learned about pretty much every systems I worked on over the years. Been in Netsuite eco system for over 17 years and counting. I used to have my own demo account for over 9 years, few months ago darn Oracle disabled it (they want money)

The "Pros from Dover" can do the config (how best to use the system and all its massive functionality), but yes, as the insider, you'll have to figure out how much can your employees handle. Take the whip and "drive user adoption" -- yee haa!
