Hey everyone, we recently discovered our AVA Tax wasn't calculating on our sca sites. Has anyone else experienced this since that NS permission change happened? It seems like it could be related because we noticed one of the avalara custom records (AVASHIPPINGITEMCODES) needed higher permissions, which we adjusted, so there is no more error message in the client script but tax is still not being calculated. Not really sure where to look now and it's been tough to get support on this

Did you raise a case with Avalara? They should be the ones to give you support on this. I would check if they are calling any suitelet from a client script. Some changes were going to happen to call this from a client script that might be affecting.

Yes, but they've been very slow to respond. Added some logging to their lib file, there are a few spots that look like they make SL calls and still use the
returnExternalUrl
param but it doesn't seem to be making these calls for every customer so I don't think this is the root cause of the issue
