Anyone know if I enable inventory status in a new subsidiary if it will be applied to inventory transactions across all subsidiaries in an environment?

It's systemwide not subsidiary specific

Once you enable inventory statuses, and create any transaction with a status. You cannot turn off the feature unless you delete all transactions posted with an inventory status.
