Hello, I am currently trying to clean up a customer transaction form to remove all fields that are no longer being used. I have tried to go into the Transaction Body field and removed the checkboxes in the "Applies To" section, and I also clicked into "Apply to Forms" and unchecked "Show" but the field still shows up. When I try to inactivate the field I can't due to all of the saved searches the field is used in. Does anyone have an idea on how I can remove these fields from showing up on the form and or how I can easily inactivate them? TIA

if there is a historic data the field cannot be “removed”, it sill stay forever. what you can do it uncheck them from the form you want to create. That’s about it you can do on fields no longer in use

You may have to go to every form that uses that field and customize it to hide the fields
