09/24/2024, 7:08 PMCan't honestly say that I've used it, but there is a "Full CSV Export" option, under Setup > Import/Export > Full CSV Export. Could give that a shot and see if it'll give you something that might work, or at least as a starting point.

09/24/2024, 7:13 PMI think there also is some sort of retirement/inactive mode (at least for primary accounts) for like if you switch to another account system and need it for historical/tax/audit purposes. Lots of restrictions around access and activity tho IIRC, and not sure if this is possible for sandboxes. Would have to talk to your account rep about it.

09/24/2024, 8:27 PMI think this just came up on the NS subreddit. Apparently there is some kind of "archive" mode you can put your account into. Definitely not free, but it's reduced cost.
On that thread, others recommended (and I agree) a DataWarehouse is the better option. I think that Full CSV Export thing is not very configurable IIRC. I'd just use Saved Searches.
