Is there a method to get results from a STORE VALUE = F field in a saved search?

assuming you mean the value of the field itself, and not the meta of the custom field configuration setting for set value?

so generally no, but if that field has a formula which is what determines its value, you could potentially recreate the lookups and logic of the formula in your search
