Has anyone encountered this error: INVALID_TRANS_SUB_LOC

when do you get this message? when creating a deprecation journal entry

That's the error I get after I run depreciation journal

if yes, check if your asset does not use an inactive location 

The location is not inactive. This is driving me nuts

Check if you have something inactive on your asset 
You have only this message ? Not something like this : INVALID_TRANS_SUB_LOC: The following field(s) are inactive:  XXXX

But for me the message is clear : Transaction subsidiary {1} is not valid for location {2}. Please choose a different location.

Try to create a Manual journal entry with the sub and the same location 
If you are able to select the good location maybe a defect in your fam module 

Good suggestion and I was able to save one manually with the location and the subsidiary. I've reported to NetSuite support because nothing is working even when I empty the location. Thanks for the help.
