Hi team. For one my clients, their shoppers want their comms (marketing and such) to be in french and use the english version of my client’s SuiteCommerce.
The issue is that everytime an order is placed in the English website, the language in the shopper’s customer record gets set to the store language.
Which makes campaigns and such to also use that as the language for their correspondence.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening that wouldn’t involve SuiteScripting? Something on the SuiteCommerce end that could be attempted to not update the user’s profile according to the site’s language?
