I am developing a custom Financial Institution Connectivity Plug-in. When calling
getAccounts()
, does anyone know how I can grab the format profile ID from the provided configuration ID? The docs state that the configuration ID "is a unique identifier at the format profile level. It can be used to refer to a format profile, even if the record is not created", but I cannot figure out how to actually get the format profile from the configuration ID.

Hi, The bot doesn't recognize links shared (does not go and check the content of the link )... and in your question there is nothing indicating that is a NetSuite question (apart from the link) .. and because the bot is implemented in a way to not answer any questions that are not related to NetSuite, the bot is just replied with "unable to answer" .. Just wanted to give some clarification on what happened here. We keep working on enhancing the knowledge bot, and hopefully we will be able to support this use case in the near future. Thank you

Thanks for the response! That’s interesting - when I paste the exact same text into ChatGPT or Claude, it recognizes the question as a NetSuite question. I’m also curious how the bot is able to answer other questions in the channel that are not explicitly NetSuite!
